We provide total A-V support for client events at any location across the UK and internationally, in-house or on location. Over the years, we’ve worked with clients at all sorts of indoor venues and outdoors including one of the largest emergency services exercises ever held in the UK involving over 600 people, in hospital operating theatres and in National Parks; wherever we’re working, we always keep cool heads and sharp skills.
We’ve filmed at trade shows and exhibitions including the International Peanut Forum, the European Snacks Association and employee, business partner and other events such as EUFIC end of research project conference and NHS 10 year event with Lord D’Arcy.
We also love to support smaller, more intimate events.
We’re equally happy using our own kit or the equipment available at the event location. In either case, we ensure that the right kit is available so that your event achieves all that you want it to. Crucially our sound and visual engineers check that everything works perfectly on the day, and that we capture the content and personality of the event. If you’d like us to, we’ll happily interview key people on the day for later use in webinars or podcasts and we can stream your event live via the internet to a global audience.
The added value comes afterwards. Working to your exact briefing, we edit the material, add branding, imagery, music and sound effects, and then produce materials for marketing or staff training, for use on your website, social media, blogs and much more.
