Working for Spitfire Marketing, the challenge was to create a corporate promotional video for Optimhome using a mixture of graphics and pictures created by Spitfire and some footage of business people. Spitfire supplied the storyboard and graphics, we created the videos and worked with Spitfire to pull together.
Andy Rose from Spitfire said: “Focus’ style is to approach a job with professionalism and enthusiasm. Meeting a brief’s objectives is never straightforward so it’s great to work with people in the creative industry who share the passion for the journey as well as delivering the solution.”
PR and Communications Consultant, Nicki Smith, frequently calls on the Focus team for support with promotional and event videos for her corporate and NFP clients.
Nicki commented: “Working with the Focus team is always effortless. They blend expert technical skill and total professionalism with a relaxed, engaging and person-focused approach which results in great films delivered on time and in budget. I need to work with people who I can rely on 100%.”

I first worked with Focus in 2004 when, as Director of European Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Mars, they helped me to train my team and I in Advanced Communication Skills. I was so impressed with the results that when I needed help with training staff at the European Food Information Council (EUFIC) in Brussels I had no hesitation in calling in Focus. In both cases they were working with highly intelligent and qualified scientists – people who set and expect high standards of work and total professionalism. In 10 years Focus never failed to deliver on training as well as webinars, podcasts, webcasts and conference/event A-V services.
Dr Josephine Wills, EUFIC Director General, Brussels 2006-2014
We have been working with Focus since 2012 when they first helped us with Audio-Video services to promote our bi-annual SNACKEX trade show and conference in Gothenburg. We have since worked with them to promote our 2015 event in Istanbul and have started working on the 2017 event in Vienna with them. They are always professional, creative and highly efficient. Everything you want in a communications partner. What we particularly like is the way we only have to provide them with the names and contact details of our key sponsors and exhibitors that we would like interviewed and they manage everything including uploading and hosting the interviews on our behalf. They understand our and our members needs and deliver it. On time and to budget.
Sebastian Emig, Director General, The European Snacks Association, Brussels
We have worked with Focus Business Communications since 2013 on a conference event that we organise for the world’s peanut industry every two years. The company is a joy to work with and has provided us with guidance, support and technical expertise on all of our audio visual requirements. The staff are highly professional and always seem to ‘go the extra mile’, no matter how much work they have already put in. In 2016 we asked them to help us create our most memorable event ever. From helping design the stage, liaising with the hotel in Spain and co-ordinating with the local set fabricators Focus helped reduce our need to manage the whole process. Whether it has been working with our staff to prepare pre-event video promotions for our website, on-site event video and audio taping or working directly with our event sponsors to organise special company videos, we have always been happy in the knowledge that the job will get done on time, on budget, and with a smile!

All the team at Focus are professional and very welcoming. It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere and located off the beaten track – so it’s nice and quiet. The recording process went very smoothly. Engineer, Ian was friendly and also happy to advise as we went along – he was even polite enough to laugh at the cheesy jokes in my script! I look forward to working with them again soon.

We have always had excellent service from the Focus team and any problems have been resolved swiftly and expertly. It is good to know we have them to call when we have an issue.

We’ve worked with Focusbiz for a number of years and they have never let us down! Professional team who use their initiative to go beyond what is set out in the brief. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! Our organisation has been working with Focus for years, and every job we asked them for has been executed in perfection. On top of that, the team is absolutely great to work with. Strong recommendation!
