We were brought in by Nicola Smith Communications to work on a production for Nobilis, a home care company covering Hampshire and Surrey. Nobilis wanted two videos, one to use for recruitment on their jobs page (which has nearly 21,000 views at time of writing) and another as an testimonial-style introduction to the company on their homepage.
Retaining Top Talent
Talent retention can be difficult but by providing meaningful, challenging and inspiring training to stretch and improve everyone in the company, when you enhance your workforce, your can truly business fly.
Over a period of five years, we worked with Walport (now KVH Media Group) to produce training DVDs for crew of tankers, container ships and other large sea-going craft. With no access to internet in the middle of seas and oceans for online training, the DVDs were always ready to use and covered topics such as Hot Work, ECDIS and Pollution Response.

We cover everything, from setting up the landing page and pre-recording sections to running the webinars and visitor analytics.
