Legal - is it spam?
We don't do spam! There are legal requirements that
ensure this:
- Data Protection Act
1998 - Our service is secure and doesn't allow your
targets to access each others contact details.
- Contact details
- Your company name, logo, phone number, email address and
company registration number is included on the e-broadcast.
- 'Opt out' option - where your targets can remove their details from the
mailing list if they wish to.
- DDA - the design only
uses colour schemes & fonts etc that are readable by
people with visual impairments such as colour blindness.
