Food in Action, a novel approach
Obesity and overweight are chronic conditions influenced by a multitude of factors. They are the result of energy imbalance over a long period of time. Individual behaviours, environmental factors, and genetics all contribute to the complexity of the obesity epidemic. However, individual behaviour and the environment are the greatest areas for prevention and treatment.

Novel approaches: individual coaching

Before joining Protéines, Sandrine founded Nutrilys, a communication agency specialized in nutrition, taste education for children and alimentation diversity, where she created “Les enfants du goût” project in collaboration with the French Ministry for Education. Prior to that, she worked as a manager in the communication, publishing and trade business.

In her work at Protéines, Sandrine combines her diverse experience of communication, marketing, management and publishing as well as her strong knowledge of the food and health industry area. She also uses her deep experience in the field of children nutrition and taste apprenticeship to help create and develop health prevention programs tackling childhood obesity and non communicable diseases.

Sandrine received a Master Certificate in cultural administration management and a master certificate in administration specialized in marketing and finances from the University of Paris Dauphine. She is 42 years old, she is married and has four children.
