The PSF covers Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Its goal is to improve patient safety in all healthcare organisations in the South Central NHS region area and to lead the way nationally and internationally in reducing harm to patients.

For the last two annual conferences we have been asked to help support the event with video services. We have filmed subject matter experts to be used in parts of their training and information and education work stream sessions. We have helped produce materials for the exhibition and education centres including voice-overs, music and videos.

Elements of the annual conference have also been put online to ensure that the content and learning can be shared with as wide an audience as possible post-event.
