If you want your International Trade show and exhibition to be a success you need to promote it effectively. This is where video is a perfect tool. We can interview the organisers, the sponsors, the exhibitors and the presenters and get a ‘snap-shot’ of what people can expect. These videos can be recorded face-to-face or over the internet where the people live and work abroad. All are packaged and distributed in a way that helps showcase and promote the event.
We have worked with the American Peanut Council for a number of years now and recently completed the Audio-Video support program for the American Peanut Councils biennial event – the 2016 International Peanut Forum.
The event attracted over 340 people – their biggest audience ever. Besides helping with event marketing via the video interviews we also completed a number of other key tasks at the event including:
- Video recording the event – the presentations, the receptions, the panel events, interviews and general meeting shots so that it can be shared with all attendees post-event and be used to market the next Forum in 2018.
- Assist with the design of the stage area and backdrop to ensure the A-V met the needs in the main conference room and also fed into the exhibition/reception room.
- Provide live A-V support for all the presentations and panels on the stage.
The client was happy as a number of people complimented them on the design of the stage and the use of the triple data projectors. Obviously they were also happy that they also got their highest number of attendees ever.
