Mark Winwood presents a fascinating webinar from AXA PPP Healthcare on, ‘The Science of Tired’ where he looks at the body clock, metabolism, sleep itself and how to improve our sleep. He also answers questions from attendees at the end.
Our client webinar support services goes beyond the production and hosting services and includes pre-event support and promotion and also post-event activities. As with previous events, we worked with Mark and others on the AXA team to create the PowerPoint slides, discuss the process with Mark and manage the call on the day.
Our technical teams on the day have to ensure the systems are all working and that the phone and internet links through to Mark (located in the AXA office in Kent) and to our office in Hampshire are strong and clear. We also have to ensure our streaming link from the studio to the internet is strong and stable (and that all the backup systems are working!). We also manage all the registering of attendees, sending reminders to them in the weeks and hours before the webinar to ensure maximum attendance on the day and finally monitoring who attended.
During the webinar we provide technical support to any attendees who are having trouble connecting. We have an email account set up for people to send us a message. In addition we can monitor those people who keep trying and failing to connect and proactively contact them to offer our help.
After the webinar we provide clients with a record of everyone who attended so that they can follow-up with everyone. We then email everyone who attended letting them know when it is available online as a podcast to listen to again or share with colleagues via email or social media. In addition we email ‘no-shows’ saying that we were sorry to miss them and giving them a link to the podcast so they can listen in ‘catch-up’ mode.
The net effect is to maximise the audience numbers and allow AXA-PPP to ensure their sales and customer services teams have valuable information and insight into who attended.
